Booking Procedures:
Provide us with the subscriber's details (one representative only), including full name, identification no., contact no., email, departure date, no. of pax, emergency contact person (name, contact no. & relationship)  
Upon the confirmation of departure date, a deposit payment* with minimum amount of RM 500 / pax will be collected and is payable to TROPICS HOLIDAYS SDN BHD (OCBC BANK ACCOUNT NO.: 1011 090 179).
 Provide us with the payment evidence for the deposit payment
Upon receiving the deposit payment, a social media group (in Whatapps / Wechat) will be created to serve the customers accordingly. Deposit payment receipt, booking voucher and package details will be sent to the customers while the briefing and Q&A will also be conducted through the group chat. 
Upon receiving the booking voucher, full payment for the amount of the package subscribed will be collected within 7 days** and is payable to TROPICS HOLIDAYS SDN BHD (OCBC BANK ACCOUNT NO.: 1011 090 179).
