Booking Procedures:
Provide us with the subscriber's details (one representative only), including full name, identification no., contact no., email, departure date, no. of pax, emergency contact person (name, contact no. & relationship)  
Upon the confirmation of departure date, a deposit payment* with minimum amount of RM 250 / pax will be collected and is payable to TROPICS HOLIDAYS SDN BHD (OCBC BANK ACCOUNT NO.: 1011 090 179).
 Provide us with the payment evidence for the deposit payment
Upon receiving the deposit payment, a social media group (in Whatapps / Wechat) will be created to serve the customers accordingly. Deposit payment receipt, booking voucher and package details will be sent to the customers while the briefing and Q&A will also be conducted through the group chat. 
Upon receiving the booking voucher, full payment for the amount of the package subscribed will be collected within 7 days** and is payable to TROPICS HOLIDAYS SDN BHD (OCBC BANK ACCOUNT NO.: 1011 090 179).

* Upon the issurance of booking voucher, the deposit payment will be non-refundable. 
** The company reserves the right to forfeit / cancel the booking if the full payment is overdue.

Cancellation Policy
> 60 days - Only the deposit payment will be forfeited while the remaining amount is fully refundable.
< 60 days - Non-refundable at all.
Amendment of Departure Date / Packages
> 60 days - Processing fee RM 250 per person will be charged. Top up for the difference of new package price is also required.
< 60 days - Processing fee RM 250 per person will be charged. The original air ticket will be forfeited. The travel package will be converted into a ground package. The travellers are required to pay for the new flight ticket expenses.
Amendment of Traveller Name
> 60 days - Processing fee RM 50 per person will be charged.
< 60 days - Processing fee RM 100 per person will be charged. The original air ticket will be forfeited. The travel package will be converted into a ground package. The travellers are required to pay for the new flight ticket expenses.

Preferred date / package is subject to availability. It is advisable to make booking around 5 - 6 months before the date of departure.
